We are all recipients of Dave Whitlock's contribution to the sport of fly fishing, the wild brown trout populations as well as the beauty of the White and Little Red rivers. We want to celebrate!
Please join us for a ribbon cutting celebration of this mural. We want to recognize all of you, the individuals and businesses, who have made this beautification of the City of Bull Shoals possible.
